Brent Ferguson October 1950 - March 2000
Brent Ferguson, also know as "The Ambassador for Corvette", never met a stranger. He was not bashful or shy and if he saw you driving a Classic Corvette, you were about to meet him. He had a magnetic personality and an excellent ability of engaging you in conversation.
Brent was the founder of Classic Corvette of Orlando and I'm betting you have already read that story found else where on this site. He was the first President of the club and carried the torch to a second term. That was in 1984-1985 and 1985-1986. His passing happened while he again held the presidents position in 2000.
Of his accomplishments, he was very proud of the 1957 FI Roadster that he restored. He also completed a 1964 FI Coupe and a Triumph. After his passing an article was written about Brent. I'm going to share that article with you, just click on the link. Article in Corvette Fever about Brent Ferguson.
